At Dosch (Kakshee Cosmetics Pvt Ltd), we strive to give you the very best shopping experience.
Because skincare, cosmetics, and perfume products must remain sealed and hygienic, we follow strict return and refund guidelines described below.
1. GENERAL POLICY

Returns or refunds can be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided all eligibility criteria are met.

Eligibility Criteria:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns accepted for products delivered defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Kakshee Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is not responsible for damage after delivery.

For damaged products at delivery, we exchange the product. Contact us within 24 hours at hello@mydosch.com.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

Opened, used, tampered, or unsealed products (unless defective on delivery).

Skincare, cosmetics, or perfumes that are unsealed.

Clearance/final-sale items, free gifts, or promotional giveaways.
-
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
3. RETURNS FROM COMBOS, KITS & SPECIAL OFFERS

All items in a combo, kit, or BOGO offer must be returned together.

Partial returns will result in refund adjustments based on the amount paid after discounts.

Any free gifts included must also be returned, otherwise their value is deducted from the refund.
4. REFUND OPTIONS
Once your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, you may choose:

Refund to your original payment method, or
- Refund Processing timeframe within 7 days
- We will process the refund within 7days business days and it will be credited to the orginal payment method with in 5 to 7 days

Store credit for a future purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after inspection.

⚠️ Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
-
COD refunds will be via bank transfer or store credit; bank details must be provided.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email hello@mydosch.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

Share order number, reason for return, and clear photos if damaged/defective.

After approval, follow return shipping instructions.

Pack the product securely and ship to provided address.

After inspection, Dosch will issue your refund or store credit.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect products: Dosch bears the cost.

Other reasons (e.g., change of mind): Customer bears the cost.
7. CONDITION CHECK & REJECTION

All returned items are carefully inspected.

If products are used, opened, tampered, or ineligible, the return will be rejected.

In such cases, the product may be shipped back at your cost, and no refund will be processed.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled while in “Pending” status (before processing/shipping).

Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Eligible returns after delivery are still allowed.
9. EXCHANGE POLICY

Direct exchanges are not offered.

To get a different product, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Dosch is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Lockdowns

Courier delays
-
Strikes
-
Government restrictions
