At Dosch (Kakshee Cosmetics Pvt Ltd), we aim to deliver your products quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Once you place an order on www.mydosch.com, it is typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  2. Processing may take slightly longer during sales, festive periods, or new launches due to high demand.

  3. After dispatch, our trusted courier partners handle the delivery to your doorstep.


2. ORDER TRACKING

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with:

    • Tracking number

    • Courier company name

    • Tracking link

  • You can track your package online within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Our courier partners include: Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramex, DTDC, Ecom Express, Wow Express, Pickrr.


3. ESTIMATED DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIME

  • Within India

    • Orders dispatched within 24-48 business hours (excluding Sundays & holidays).

    • Delivery Timeline: 3–10 working days (metro cities faster, remote areas longer).

  • International Delivery

    • Usually 7–21 working days, depending on country and customs clearance.

⚠️ Delivery timelines are estimates by courier partners. External factors (weather, strikes, customs delays) may affect delivery.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Within India

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

    • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).

    • COD orders may attract an additional handling fee.

  • International Shipping

    • Charges calculated at checkout (based on destination & weight).

    • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

    • Dosch is not liable for customs delays.


5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNDELIVERED ORDERS

  • Courier partners attempt delivery up to three times.

  • If undelivered (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal), the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.


6. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that looks tampered, opened, or damaged:

  • ❌ Do not accept it from the courier.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (if eligible).


7. RISK OF LOSS

  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, Dosch will provide a replacement or refund.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

Dosch is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions
