The website www.mydosch.com (“Website”) is operated by Kakshee Cosmetics Pvt Ltd (“Dosch”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 6B/7, ORN, New Delhi, India.

By accessing or using the Website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other rules or guidelines posted on the Website.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • Dosch reserves the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders arising from inaccuracies.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are confirmed only after you receive an email/SMS confirmation from Dosch.

  • We may cancel orders due to limited stock, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Payments can be made via secure online gateways; Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry extra charges.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled while in “Pending” status (before processing/shipping).

  • Once “Processed” or “Shipped,” cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method or store points.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

  • Delivery within India: 3–10 business days (may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events).

  • International delivery timelines vary; customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • We offer a 14-day return window under specified conditions.

  • Certain products (opened cosmetics, used perfumes, personal-care products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after inspection of returned products.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

BOGO Offers:

  • Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers apply only while stocks last.

  • Returning only the free item will not result in a refund.

  • If the paid item is returned, the refund will be the amount paid minus the value of the free item.

  • Free gifts must also be returned, otherwise their value will be deducted from the refund.

General Offers:

  • Offers and discounts are valid only during the promotional period.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith mediation.

  • If unresolved, they will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • A sole arbitrator will be appointed mutually, or if not agreed, by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).

  • The seat and venue of arbitration will be Delhi, India, and proceedings will be in English.

  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

FORCE MAJEURE

Dosch is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions.

TERMINATION

Dosch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

  • Failure by Dosch to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
